I talked last week about setting weekly goals for myself. I plan to stick to that. I am in Week 13 of my lifestyle change, so that's why I put week 13 ^ up there.

Weekly Goals:

Walk 30 minutes each day: Monday-Friday
Drink 64 ounces of water: Monday-Friday
Eat better/Eat well: Saturday and Sunday

    I love your goals! I notice if I don't set a goal, it's easier to stay focused.
