Okay, so I am a little confused this week. I did really really good with my food intake this week. I did not go over my calories and ate more fruits and vegetables than usual.

But I still GAINED 1.2 pounds. I'm honestly not sure how. It's like I had a good loss last week so my body could not lose last week. My weigh-ins have been up and down over the past couple of months. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm all ears.

    Crystal - please don't worry! Remember what your coworker told you a few days ago! You are doing great! I completely understand the way you feel. I had a horrible addiction to my scale and it took a long time for me to learn to weigh in just once a week. Your weight will fluctuate from day to day, during the day, due to stress, due to what you eat and drink, and due to our monthly friend. Don't worry - you're fine!

    my best way i losted weight was drinking alot of water.minmum 2 l.just dont give up exicise do what you got to do.rome wasnt built in a day keep on can do it!

    I'm not expert but I have gone through stages in my life where I needed to lose weight and for me it was all about exercise. I needed to get my body moving and my metabolism burning more calories. Diets, no matter what they were, could never work for me.
