Why? I don't know...honestly. I'm more motivated? I'm more committed? I want it more? I need it more? Any other numerous reasons I could give but this time is different. I am determined to lose weight this time. I have tried low fat, low carb, counting points, etc and nothing has ever worked for me except counting calories. I guess because by counting calories, there is no room for cheating if you are honest with yourself (which I TRY my hardest to be).
